I went here looking to buy my first car and the process was super smooth and the staff were very nice and helpful. My salesman was Drew and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He was honest and upfront about any fees and the cars on the lot. He had both the cars I was wanting to test drive ready to go when we arrived and gave us great recommendations for financing options. Drew made the process so much easier and quicker, having all the paper work ready to go when we arrived to buy the car. It runs amazing and even has a built in warranty. The shop was also super clean and well maintenance with free snacks and water for guests. This place is great, especially if you like to support local businesses!

STAY AWAY / DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE!!!! If you want to deal with a sales team that not only doesn’t know anything about the vehicles they sell, but get upset when you ask questions to learn more about the vehicle you want and make you feel like you are bothering them for making them actually do something then this is the place for you! If you want a shady, unprofessional experience, you’ve come to the right place! I tried to buy a vehicle out of state over the phone and was directed to James who was the worst “salesman” I have ever worked with. Not only did he not know anything in the most unhelpful way, he was unresponsive and at one point hung up on me as I was literally try to buy a truck from him. It gets better! After a week or so of slowly getting answers to my questions, We worked out a price. I still wanted the truck as I thought it was a good deal even though it was a terrible experience and I was ready to pay, but wanted to talk to Glen the owner first. I wanted to work with him directly to not only ask a few more questions on how the out of state process works since again James knew nothing, and to also tell him about my terrible experience, only to be hung up o

When I saw the ad for the car I bought it, there was a part where the description said, "You can hit the road with confidence knowing that this Fiat 500 has been well maintained and is ready for your next adventure." So based on that, I contacted James and Steve a lot and asked for more pictures, videos, and some scans. Since I bought this car online, I asked them a lot of questions and they always said the car was perfect, even though they knew I was hundreds of miles away from them. The whole time they said the car was perfect and in addition, James said his mechanic would be happy to get it. So I paid for the car using my credit card and bank wire transfer and I arranged for transportation to my house. When I got this car here, I noticed that the transmission was not shifting properly and that is easy to notice. So, I contacted James and asked him about the transmission and told him that the transmission was not shifting properly. After that, I tried many times to contact them, by phone, text, and email, and have not heard back from them yet. IN SHORT, THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

Check out pitcures, see for yourself. IMO, Extremely good value. Worked on my 06 Grand Marquis (tinted the windows). Very satisfied with the outcome, would recommend to anyone I know.
